Thanks Everyone!Found one at B&H video.
They told me it would be approximately a week before they were shipping them with Lion.At least now i can use Pro Tools!That was my main concern.

What 61 key controller keyboard do you use?

32bit .I figured it out,error on my part i pinned reaper to the task bar wile it was rewired.I closed reaper,closed the rewire window,and removed it from the insert window,then Pro Tools closed...

I see your point,I was just hopping with proper RTAS plugins not wrapped, UA would work with Avid to get the cards working more efficiently with one another.

Hopefully with Proper RTAS plugins not wrapped for the UAD the buffer size won't have to be set so high!?

Try setting you H/W buffer size to 1024.I am using UAD Quad with Pro Tools 9,
using that setting i can fill Pro Tools with UAD plugins.If i use smaller buffer sizes the cpu meter jumps.
