Check to make sure Low Latency monitoring is NOT turned on as it will disable any plugins on record enabled tracks in which case you would not hear the effect of Recabinet This may be your problem...

You might want to take a serious look at the EV ELX112p as opposed to the 15p. It runs about $100 cheaper and sounds great with the 11R. I have never felt I regretted going with the 12" version due...

You may want to try some different speakers also. I was having the same problem with a JBL Eon 15. I replaced it with an EV liveX 112 and am getting much better results.

I had a similar problem recording to 8 tracks at a time. I disabled Elastic audio on the tracks and it started working. If EA is currently enabled, give it a try. It might free up enough resources.
