Problem solved for me.

The ProTools Aggregate I/O created when installing PT9 was set-up with 4 ins and 2 outs.
As the built-in i/o on my macbook pro can handle only 2 i/o, it couldn't work.

Hi there,
I tried this afternoon to install a MIX+ into a G5 1,8GHz.
I installed 10.3.9, and PT 6.4.1, no problem.

but,

when playing a session, errors 6042 (related to the PCI bus) occured...
