i have the same problem but i have the korg d1600, and i have tried to slave the korg to protools and beat clock. nothing happen but i do see my midi indicator on the korg so it getting a signal but...

okay i know you can use the command 8 in standalone mode with reason.
my question how do you set the parameters up to do so?
and does anyone have a midi dump for this becuz
i tried for two weeks...

you must buy the music production pack,
i strongly recomend that you test your computer
to see how many tracks you can get now before purchasing
it becuz if your computer cant handle the 32...

okay here a workaround i use

turn down your play back buffer to 128 when recording
and turn your knob all the way to your playback setting on
the m-box that works great for me and i still use...

for starters u could just flat out eq the 2 track compression etc.....
then to the best of your abilty do the same to your vox....

my dilemma i get musical mixes, and record good vox. but i cant seem to get the vox in a good blend with the music, is it in my compression or is it just my ear? ANYBODY GOT ANY GOOD TIPS?
