I failed to mention when the session is set at 1DSP.. Everything is normal(zero issues) but when i change to 2 DSP the issues occure

it is only when input monitoring is engaged or when a track is armed. It doesnt do it when a track routed direct out. I've reset the prefrences, reinstalled PT, switched cables, re set the cards,...
