In other threads there also appears to be a problem with the 2021.3 HD Driver. Avid support suggested to roll back to 2020.12.

Theoretically, I would say it's worth around €1900, if you can use it with any available reinstatement, e.g. from Thomann. A resale value ranging from €1000 to €1500 seems reasonable, I would think.
