For general interest: I was able to get everything to work on the system by updating to Reason 3.0.5 and PT LE 7.3.1.

Currently working system:
Mac OS 10.5.6
PT LE 7.3.1
Reason 3.0.5

Sorry if this has been answered already; I haven't been able to fix it though.

Make sure in the Workspace window that you've got that drive set to "r," that is, record. That would be my first shot at it. Take a peek at this thread...
