Sorry but your room dimensions are bad... width is half the size of length... a big NO in acoustics, even if you treat it to the max.
Your bass frequencies will literally be all over and...

I purchased it as a download upgrade from the Avid store, but need to do a fresh install on a new mac.
On my Avid account there is all the installers but the "HD 9 TDM" version.

That is the main purpose of owning an Avocet... especially in mastering stage.
I've got a similar setup with 192 I/O... AES EBU into Avocet
Love my Avocet...

I don't think they do printed manuals anymore... I could be wrong.
For some of the new plugs and I ended up going down to Kinko's for a print manual.

Avid Tech Support got me up and running within couple of hours.
Very reassuring for a product we rely on daily basis.
