Oh yes, I'm all too familiar with their support. I had to email them today because of issues getting their former disk authorization system migrated to iLok and I'm nervous about the response.

Thanks for pointing that out. I've purchased several copies of quite a few of their instruments and didn't know there were updates. Nothing from AIR and I'm on their list.
