I'm not sure about the manual. But you can download and use the demo until you get your "real" license. Then you just replace the trial license with your real one and you're good to go.

Well yes that was the "date" officially given. I'm sure internally they had a more specific date in mind. And it may or may not have changed. But they would never publicly release an actual date. One...

I've always had the best experiences with Firefox on my mac. The newest current version. Safari and IE (when I've user a pc) have been problematic lol.
