10.9.2 beta brought my MBox back to life... Now works 100%...

Awesome. We are all in the same boat...

I'm going to back up my files and try partitioning the SSD and the HD and see if that works until Apple fixes this in a firmware update (hopefully)...

Getting a SSD sounds like is the only fix or partitioning your drive... lame.

This is not a permanent solution. I have to keep changing it back and forth every 10 minutes or so...

Update:

I went into system preferences and reset my Clock Source from Intern to Word Clock back to Internal again... Seems to be working again in Logic Pro X so far... Hope this works permanently.

PROBLEM IS ON NEW 2013 IMAC:
- MBox Pro 2 is cutting out, meaning it will stop playing back audio after a few minutes in Logic Pro X AND Pro Tools 10

I have the SAME exact issue... my 2013 iMac it doesn't work with my My old 2008 iMac runs the same exact software and my MBox Pro 2 works fine on it.

Can someone contact Avid and ask if they are...

Do you have the 3TB Fusion Drive? If so, I do too and have the same issue. :mad:

I cannot contact Avid about it cause apparently my ASC code has expired... Could you tell them it's the fusion...
