the other quick fix is to re open protools after you get that message, open or create a 192k sessions, and it should move past that message. Then go to or create whatever session in whatever sample...

I've moved from a tdm hd3 to HDnative HD10. I cant see any of the rtas versions of my TDM plugs. I don't see Revibe, Eleven, none of them. Did I loose all of the rtas versions as well as TDM usage...

If you purchased PT"HD"9 then it is asking for the serial number on your HD Core card. If you meant to purchase PT9 and instead purchased PTHD9 then you need to somehow return what you purchased.
