This is one I've noticed and reported as well. It's also affecting some sliding parameters in the Event Operations window. Hopefully the bug is fixed soon.

Not for adjusting the volume graph but you can adjust clip gain by selecting clips and using control+shift+up/down arrows.

Having just finishing conform hell from an Adobe timeline, make sure the editor is not using merged clips. Those come through the EDL nested in video clips and can have multiple missing "A" clips...
