I did as suggested and stripped a track all the way down to no avail. I then ran a digitest and it failed. Will be contacting the seller for a refund.

Just for giggles I changed the playback engine to my ancient RME card that I have in there and the issue went away.



Could it be a bad HDX card?

I wondered that. I have everything clocked with a Big Ben. Do I need those BNC terminators on my interfaces?


I'll set up the clocking with the Omni is a master and report back.

Tried going back to 2020.3 and it's still doing it. Tried printing a track that had Eleven Mk II and it is still doing it.

I reinstalled PT 2020.5 and it is still doing it. I also tried printing a bass track through my outboard gear and it's making the bass track ring as well.


I tried muting the original track and...

The plugin is the Steven Slate Trigger Platinum and his samples that come with it.


My Avid Omni is the primary and my 16x8 192 is plugged in off the expansion port. For outboard I'm using the...

I recently upgraded my PT HD Accel from 9 to 10 on Snow Leopard and my Eleven worked as a DSP plugin.



I then upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion and ran basically every Eleven...

You know, when you get back into this stuff after taking a decade off and dust off the old gear you find a relic or 2. I think I have 3 or 4 original iloks plugged into a hub right now. :D

Installed 10 but once that was done I realized that my ancient Ilok 1 wasn't going to work. Ordered an Ilok 3 off Amazon but it won't be here for a week. Haha. Got to love it.

It cut the beach ball time down from 8-10 seconds to 3-4 seconds. Better but not good enough. Let's see what happens on 10. :p

I am using the Omni and have the input and output on channels 3-4. I did put in a H/W delay of 34 ms as that is what I measured when I tried printing the drums to another track with it.
