Go to the preferences folder in there and look for com.apple.audio.AudioMIDISetup.plist and delete that. Let me know if it works! Edwin

I trashed my audiomidi preferences and now I can past the startup screen! It only took me 6 hours to figure this out!

Didn't help at all. I don't see how we can configure the program if the program won't open. I've done several clean uninstalls and reinstalls and still no progress. Clearly I'm not the only one...
