I tried the USB to PC and it still gave me a BSOD.

However, I tried a different interface, a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, and it has worked flawlessly. How is this possible?

There is a IRQ conflict listed under the device manager. Intel chipset, Intel management engine interface, and NVIDIA GeForce GTX670M are all listed under IRQ # 16.

Does this mean anything?

I don't want to do that exhaustive/devastating of a restore unless absolutely necessary.

I can get the MBOX to play and run audio through it, but only for a few minutes. Then it gets glitchy,...

I have installed all of the latest drivers and tried running the MBOX in every conceivable USB side port and external multi-USB port. It just wants to blow up my machine. :(

Somehow, my System Restore got turned off. So, I have no backup image to go back to.

I really want to narrow in on the exact cause of the BSOD. I can put any USB devices into my side ports. ...

This is definitely a USB controller issue. Is there a way to go into my Device Manager and do something in there? Maybe rollback a driver or reinstall something? My computer only works when the MBOX...

I just don't understand how all of the sudden, my computer can be such a mess when all I am trying to do is plug in a simple USB MBox. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing BSOD?
