Mine didn't work at first either. I switched from the legacy firewire drivers and it started working. I only had a short time to run it so time will tell.

There are a lot of us with a $2000 dongle. Open a ticket with Avid. The more they hear about it, hopefully, the faster they will get it fixed.

In TL Space you can tell it where the files are. On my system they are in C:\Program Files (x86)\CommonFiles\Trillium Lane\Impulse Responses.
See if that works for you.

Mine showed up yesterday. Plugged it in, started the software and it did a firmware update. After that it just worked. Anything I did it responded perfectly. This is a first for me with Pro Tools....

More testing today...

I pulled off 487 dverbs today @ 1024 and 90% CPU usage. I think that's about the limit of this system until I get brave enough to overclock that expensive CPU. :D

I'm trying to order the download version (7.3 to 7.4 for $49) and when I get to the delivery options there is a promotion button that I can't unselect. It adds $9.95 to the order as shipping charges....
