i think the whole thing turns on whether you have an "approved" chipset. the A75-S213, to my knowledge, doesn't have the chipset that satisfies protools. additionally, its "sold" status makes me...

so far, so good. i've done a few sessions with this setup, and the only time that anything went wrong was when i forgot to disable a network connection. protools didn't like that at all.

happy laptop experience

just wanted to share my recent experience.

i was looking for a laptop to run pt le 6.4 with an mbox. wanted to get a toshiba satellite P35-S605, but the chipset wasn't listed in the digi accepted...
