I sold my MCU and extender. The jog shuttle wasn't that great with Logic and doesn't work at all with PT.

I sold my 003R and bought the 003 for more hands on functionality with PT, which the MCU...

Don't put any money into G5's. The extra ram etc doesn't do you any good. It just looks good on paper.

Buy a second hand Intel iMac24. Cheap as, and will blow all your current museum pieces away....

I bought an HD-2 rig for audiopost duties, and was happy with the way it did the job, and how much better it did the job than other DAWS. No MIDI. Just audio mixing, tracking voices etc, spotting FX...

PTLE8 is fraught with danger for those with a stable PT 7 system. It's full of candy at the expense of the robustness that was eventually PT7.
