Re: Original MBox to be dropped

I'll be sad if the MBOX isn't supported anymore. I've had mine for 6 years and still use it when I'm on the road, or at home. It's still a vital bit of kit for me...for editing...

Re: Let's Demand Delay Compensation in LE

I've had PT and Logic since 1999 - I stopped using Logic - got fed up that the industry norm wasn't logic, and of course when they decided to sell it for a mere £300, this annoyed the hell out of...

Re: sound design in surround......Tommy?

Last time I saw that film I was thinking the same thing. I'm not sure if it was the mushrooms (talking 20yrs ago) that made me feel that I was surrounded by sound :D

Sorry couldn't help myself.

Re: Anyone have experience with wildlife series?

Hey Peter,

I would say that Chris Watson is one of the most prolific nature sound mixers on the planet. I'd also check out the Nature group forum in Yahoo.

Good luck!

Re: Call for help - Anyone been to Northern Africa???

As for wind, clothes rustling and the faint movement of sand in a drift that is very true, there really isn't much else in the vast openness. There are nomads (singing badly) in small pockets with...
