Yes
I tried another ribbon as well. Each card works fine individually with DSP farm cards. So the ribbon is fine.

Do you use a video card? I assume you do with all the audio tracks playing & with the size of the movie.
Do you have your computer set up so that the movie is playing through the video card only....

Outputs aren't overloading. On thing that does get rid of the crackling is pressing 'compare' & then back again(compare). It's not a solution.
