We're running two nMP PtHD11. Pegasus2 Tb as DAS on one machine, sharing the drive over ethernet.
Works fine, except sample loading times in Spectrasonics VI:s.

How come there is no way to show/hide tracks separately for the edit and mix windows?
It must be a really simple thing for Avid to implement.
Am I the only one who think this would be great?

PT sounds better when the Mac is warm.
There is a significant difference in clarity and sense of depth on a warm Mac.

I have been a PT-guy since the days of version 5.something.
I´m a big fan of PT8. It was a very good upgrade from 7.
However 8.03 on 10.6.2 is the most unstable version I have come...

I work with PT-8 daily on both systems (HD & LE).
PT8 HD on a first gen MacPro is solid as a rock. Haven´t had a single problem with it.
Everything just works - Waves, Cranesong Phoenix, MDW,...
