With your Playback Engine set to Built-In Output, Pro Tools will only play audio out the Mac's hardware (and has no input) - so you won't get audio from the UMC404HD. You need to select your device...

Renewing an Upgrade Plan doesn't provide new licenses, it updates the Release Limit date (seen in iLok License Manager > Show Details) on the perpetual license. Wondering if you might be looking at...

You also have a standalone Smack! license (as well as some other dupes) on that iLok. Can you try removing one or the other and let us know if that doesn't help?

We discontinued the Plug-In and Support Plan when the Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle was released since that provided a lot more plug-ins at half the price. Support was moved over to the Upgrade Plan....
