not to sound like a broken record BUT when Avid increased HD upgrades by 300% and moved to an annual subscription for upgrades. Avid PROMISED MORE upgrades where in fact Avid has given FEWER...

you will have to create a download centre account inside your Avid Account is you have not done so it is not automatically created. I have no idea why Avid does that it's confusing for a lot of users.
