Being in NZ also been there are time zone complications in accessing support which just compounds the frustration. There used to be a live chat function on for support but that seems to have gone :-(.

Having the same problem. Support has not been able to resolve it for the last week. Getting pretty sick of it TBH. They really don't seem to have a handle on the problem. Seem to me like a database...
