If anyone else has this problem, here's what to do:

Go to Setup --> Disk Allocation. Under the 'Root Media Folder,' every single one of the tracks should be rooted to the Audio Files folder inside...

Thanks for the replies!

Couldn't find any mute automation on the track. Deleted any automation that was there, if any, and still nothing. Set the automation mode to "auto off."

So, I'm trying to bounce a track and I notice my kick tracks are suddenly missing in the mix. During normal playback everything is there, but as soon as I start the bounce they're totally missing....

Haha. Yeah, I guess I never got the memo on the less bars deal... It's worked until now, but I've been trying to quantize the entire 109 measure tune full of 16th note syncopation.

I'll give that...
