Yes, one instance of rehab per track.
The 2 tracks were recorded at the same time, and the toms were hit simultaneously, which is how I could tell the rehab had the latency - the triggers were not...

I have the TLL as a plugin on my track which is a WAV file. The audio track with the WAV file is triggering the TLL which has the DRP files loaded.

As an FYI, 10.5.5 release notes do not mention anything about the reported firewire "fixes", contrary to what I alluded to in an earlier post.
