go to paceap.com and download the latest drivers plus the the link to the imation drivers-pace is the company that makes the authorization. the old drivers were not compatible with G4s

Here goes- 8.5 will not run on your G4. You would need 8.6 BUT a boxed version of 8.6 will not work. You need a modified version that was shipped on the first G4s. This is kinda tough to get. BUT...

i am currenlty and have been for a few months (with great success) using pt 4.3.1 on a 350sawtooth G4 w OS 9.-w an AM III card. Digi tech support told me this definitely would not work.

I have been experiencing problems opening an OMF. Generally it asks for audio that appears not to be there. The editor tells me that group clips won't export into Pro-Tools. It is also a PAL job...
