I've bought alot of books and read them several times, and alot of videos also. The art of mixing book and video are very good...hooking up a stereo to the vcr helps you hear what thier doing with...

Thanks for the help. I'll give that try. I just watched the pro tools video and saw they were using buses to give everyone a different mix in all thier headphones...I'm not sure how to do...

What a rookie question. I didn't realize that the fader only controls monitoring...I was overthinking. So I just lowered the fader on the track being recorded and raised the other pre-recorded...

How is everyone setting up there headphone mixes? I'm preforming everything myself so I only need a mix for myself. The recorded instruments are to lound in the fader section using the heaphone...
