This is the answer I feared. When we tracklay for film/TV we tend to get picture lock in QT which obviously works fine. When we shoot foley, our clients send Beta SP. We turn around 2/3 tapes a day...

Even with intelligent cueing off (which does improve slightly) does not give a high enough level of accuracy to spot at frame level.
