I'm also seeing that error on a newly set up rig. It's a Mac Pro (Late 2013), with an HD Native card in a Thunderbolt expansion chassis. Any ideas?

So doing a full re-install rather than just a “safe” re-install solved the start up issue and everything seems to be working fine, with one exception. Now the C|24 is offline, and it doesn’t show up...

I've also started getting 6101 on PT v. 12.4 on OS X 10.12.6 out of nowhere. I haven't changed my setup in months so I can't figure out why these errors just started happening.
