My favorite is my partially blacked out screen.

Unless I can tell them how it happens they don't care.

I don't know how it happens it just does and isn't repeatable.

Another trick on FC300 for changing rigs is that is you press both the up and down arrows on the controller it changes mode. So you can toggle up to program mode and change...

Dude, it was easy as can be for my needs:
- 1 rig per show
- turn the on and off things in that rig

Mind you, you can change rigs...

Not true. That midi controller is similar to my Roland and after 99 (97 on the Roland) it no longer is sequential and instead uses common system function names. You can find out from Yamaha which...

You'd need a special cable that can send both plug into both the 11R and a power supply and send that only to the GC.

The Roland only goes up to 97 and then uses some default commands for a another dozen until 127.

So far the only thing I wanted that I couldn't was FX LOOP on/off.

On my rig, yes. Don't know how your footcontroller works.
The Roland FC300 has a CC only mode which I use with the 11R.

So I goto my Twin rig and it turns everything on and off.
Then I twiddle...

Dude, I too never programmed a midi thingamabob til 2 weeks back.

Since that time I bought and failed with a Behringer FCB1010 then got a Roland.

I had that Roland up and running in an hour. ...
