I have the same set up as you. I went from the 001 to the 002r with a significant CPU usage increase.

Are you running an 002r?

i think I had this problem in the beginning. It's worth a try. Put the pci card in the first pci slot. Then give it a try.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">JPS (John) has one. So far no big difference in performance with PTLE. Those WD and Hitachi 8MB cache drives are still the way to go here. Price is right too....
