Re: Gradual Time Stretch - how to?

I think you’re close. I would use elastic audio (obvs on variables) then expand the tempo window and draw in a line (either by hand or use the line tool) getting slower.

Re: Mix print level???

Try pressing alt-a when you’re in the edit window. It sounds like your waveforms are zoomed in.

Re: Graphics card suggestions 5,1

I made a splitter cable. So I have a 6 pin cable going to 8 pin (for the RX580) and the 4 pin for the HDX. The power is only for the fan on the HDX card so draw is minimal.

I’m sure you can find...

Re: Graphics card suggestions 5,1

I’m assuming your other slots are taken? The HDX will work fine in slots 2, 3 or 4 it’s only at x4 speed so doesn’t need the x16 sleek offered in slot two.

I have a Radeon RX580 in slot 1, angel...

Re: NVMe upgrade for Mac Pro 4.1/5.1 Mojave

Correct me if I’m missing something... why would you not get full speed with only one ssd attached to the crest card?

Ghostwriter, you say that when you only had one 970 in you got 1,500 MB/s.

Re: NVMe upgrade for Mac Pro 4.1/5.1 Mojave

That sucks! Is it worth just having one SSD in the Crest to test if it's stable?

Re: NVMe upgrade for Mac Pro 4.1/5.1 Mojave

Did I see you were on the RX560? Are you still getting the boot screen? I have an EVO 960 on an angel wings and my boot time is very slow.

Considering the crest now!

Re: AAE -9173 CPU issues | Upgrade CPU?

Mojave definitely did sort out my issues, I'm also only running a single 6-core 3.46GHz.

It does sound like the iZotope may be the problem though.

A workaround for now (and this is quite long...

I was having 9093 errors on my setup, so I went through every single plugin and checked if there was an update. There were loads more than I thought, it may not just be the ones you describe above....

Re: 2019.5 Ultimate on a Mac Pro 5,1

May I ask how long your Mac takes to boot up? I recently put in a new Samsung NVMe PCIe drive (slot 2) and it takes an age to boot up. Much slower than the AHCI drive I had in previously.

Re: 2019.5 Ultimate on a Mac Pro 5,1

I’m getting a 9093 error about once a day when I start working then it goes away.

Can’t pin point why or how, the CPU meter does nothing to indicate an error.
