Sample Rounding Bug when recording MIDI

Hello

I am wondering if the sample rounding/timing issue has ever gotten fixed in pro tools? Basically whenever you loop or duplicate a region it would start going slightly off tempo despite it...

No I am using Pro Tools 9 as the host. I wasnt sure it would work either but it works fine. The refx manual says it supports RTAS

what if I'm trying to only double the tempo for a certain track? Like I'm making a trap beat using MIDI but I only want the hi hats to speed up tempo to provide that super fast stuttering hi hat...
