I believe you can only Mirror digital if you are not using the monitor section. If you have the Monitors assigned to 1-2 I believe it disallows the Control + click mirrored assignment.

Your HD OMNI is piped up via DigiLink and powered on currently yes? If so, it may be worth running that terminal script uninstaller then reinstalling the HD Driver once more.

Are you using an Apple TB3 - TB2 adapter to TB2 cable to the HDNTB? Is the red LED lit near the headphone connection? Can you pull TB and reconnect it?

The recommended adapter should show up as Belkin USB-C LAN under System Preferences > Network.
