It doesn't appear there will ever be an iPad app for Venue 4 (and earlier), so the big question is.....

Now that Venue 5 has been released, and even updated, when will it be released...

Sounds like there's an issue with the green LED's on that S3.
I use yellow to indicate drum channels, they light as bright as the others.

Same question I had. An Avid rep informed my dealer that all S3L's currently leaving their inventory are the upgraded S3L-X.

I had hoped the D/A outputs of the S3L(-X) would rival that of the Avid Omni, and that no other monitor controller would be needed for studio...

According to Avid's official S3L-X page, it appears as though the S3L-X has an upgraded headphone amplifier over the original model.


Can someone please confirm that this is indeed the case?
