Venue Training?!?

Is there training available for the Venue/Profile/D-show? I know that Yamaha offers such training and having something like this would be huge.

I did a show this week where a Venue was supplied...

Well, I unhooked all my external drives and for some reason when I mount my main cutting drive, which has worked fine up until this point, PT crashes. Now I have to figure out why this is happening....

Has anyone had success with using any other interface cables with the 001 especially something longer than the 6' one that comes with it? My understanding is that it is just a standard SCSI-2 cable...

i have a session that I need to port over to Ver. 5.3.1 for XP but in Ver. 6 for OSX I can only see that you can either do Ver. 5.3.1 OR PC but not both.
