Never got back to you. It still doesn't function with the Footswitch!! I'm running on a PC Core 7 with Windows 10. Everything except the Record Punch In and Out using the Momentary switch works fine....

I don't believe you have an option to assign the footswitch function anywhere.
The footswitch connects to a 1/4" dedicated input jack on the back of the 003 Rack Hardware. I can't find a reference...

I just installed PT11 on my PC using a 003 Rack as an interface. Though most things work I cant get Quick Punch to work with the Momentary Foot Switch that worked fine with PT8, PT9 and PT10...
