I can't say that I've had any issues as catastrophic as this, and they haven't been able to help anyone with this issue, so why would I?

Just had this happen again on 2019.6.

No solution, just back to where I was with my last non-corrupt session file backup.

I lost 10 hours of work and wasted $80 on an Avid support ticket....
