PT 11.3 not installing

I downloaded 11.3 installer and attempting 3 times with no success.

The installer runs as it should, but after restart there is no sign of the application on my system.

I tried uninstalling and...

I am trying to import Plug-in Maps in PT9 but I do not see the MAP menu in VI plug-in window.

I looked in PT9 manual and it said :

"To show (or hide) Plug-In Map controls: Select (or deselect)...

ReVibe feeding back and will not reset unless reboot computer.

so, the Mbox 2 Pro can play audio from your computer (ie. iTunes, System audio, etc.) will simultaneously running PT LE but, the 003 cannot do this ?

the only machine available refurbished on the apple site is a Mac Pro 8-core 3.2GHz Intel Xeon for $4099.

not quite the config i want and probably more than i want to spend.
