Only protools has this limit. Nuendo, Cubase, Logic, have no limit, many DAWs therefore don't even expose compensation to the user at all! You just don't have to deal with it.

I think it can be simply stated that any control surface (regardless of form factor; app or hardware) is pretty damn useless and frustrating if you're constantly required to scroll it to the faders...

I was referring to the control app on iPad actually. Using with Cubase 9.5. Eucon auto-bank setting is checked but it doesn't work, app faders aren't scrolled by Cubase.

just installed 3.7 and still can't get auto-bank to selected track to work with Protools control app 3.7.0.134 on Mac.

This feature did work at one point yes? This is not some asinine business...

If Avid wants their their software to work they can PM each other about it. I've spent lots of HOURS tracking down this bug, done donating my time to Avid.

I have spent HOURS testing this issue, reinstalling windows 7 64 on multiple machines getting to the bottom of this.

This IS POSITIVELY an Avid Eucon BUG as this issue doesn't exist when Eucon is...
