Well, PT 10.3 with my Windows 7 was fine using my Digi 003r as my main pc defaut audio. But not with PT 11.3 and I can remember all the other PT upgrades about half would workfine and the other half...

yup that worked :-) but I really liked using my digi003r for my pc audio, sum versions of PT let's you do this and sum don't. PT11 don't! lol

Craig, there's enough information. My specs are fine. This problem has already been documented in other posts. I tried their fixes to no avail. Please give me a fix! :-)

My 10.3 won't even install but I have the same problem in 11.3 changing PC audio doesn't not work. Can't create a new session sample of anything because the sample box is ghosted out grey. Can't open...

Paid for Fedex Priority Overnight this last Thursday. Now it won't be here till this next Tuesday. That's 6 days. Ugh.

So far, the only thing that has happened flawlessly is when I bought PT 11...

i knew it! Install problems from the git go.
Tried to open my setup app in the 11_3 zip folder and it just hangs and says pro tools not responding!

And the nightmare begins......
