Thanks for the help, however, can you provide more information on where to go and what to do in order to "trash preferences and database files"???

Hi, thanks for the reply.

My Plugins don't show up in the unused plugins folder however they show up in the plugins folder but are not available in PT (they were before the 801 update).

I got the DAE ERROR 7401 too but after installing the Trilian updates everything was OK, and I didn't have to reinstall Trilian from scratch.
