transferring registration?

I am leaving the Digi/ProTools world, and will be selling my 002R- as I have 8.0 how do i go about transferring so whoever acquires the 002R can load PTLE 8.0?

Harness issues

I have a 002R, that has had the power supply (and I think the harnesses)replaced in right after I got it- at that time the symptoms were the LED's on the unit would flicker and it would get stuck in...

I too replaced my Control 24 with a MC Control and Mix- takes up a lot less space, the downsizing to 12 faders really hasn't been that big a deal (I mean counting thumbs I only have 10 digits)

so (to be clear) if I don't use LMM and drop to a low buffer (and I assume disable any plug-ins which might get placed on a track... as I understand this would cause some latency) then all outputs...

using all analog outputs in low latency

According to the 002R manual- in Low Latency mode only analog 1 & 2 work while recording...

however all analog outs work for playback (or so it seems)

and If I assign a track to just analog 5...

I thought is was an official SPDIF... think that could be it? I read somewhere that short RCA's would work, but otherwise there'd be noise.... no mention of signal loss... I guess it's off to GC to...

I'm trying to get the optional 17 and 18th inputs on my 002R- however I can't get much signal level into the the track (at least it's not enough to be usable... using the Audio Suite/Gain at +15 dB...

output routing options

does it matter when selecting multiple outlets which one(s) are first?

I'm guessing it's operator error, but I 'm having issues which tracks routed to 1/2 and 3,4,5 etc for sends to a headphone...

Where are templtaes stored?

I have a version 1 and version 2m of a template and i want to delete the earlier version and rename the keeper (with no v2)

but I can't find where PT keeps them!

search only shows a-work-in...

Do you know anything about the Tascam MTC-30? by chance My Tascam R2R has a RS232c as the synch port - no Midi DIN connection
