SCSI accelerator cards usually come with a control panel or application that allows you to adjust the throughput speed...ie the Adaptec SCSI accelerator cards come with application card the Power...

This literal definition of this Mac OS error is "Software lock on file; Not a subscriber [permissions error on file open]".

Do a Get Info on DAE, and verify that it is unlocked or check the drive...

Have your MIDI track up
Bring up a AUX track
Select I/O/other/SCII/#1/1-2
Turn the AUX track up

When you install the v4.3.1 software make sure you've selected the AMIII install from the CDROM. It sounds like you've installed software for a TDM system.

DAE error -9073 or "disk to slow" prompt usually indicates there's an issue with your hard drives though it could be something else as simple as a high playback buffer size or something...

There are many ways to set up the ADAT bridge but if the MTP-AV is master then you would take 256x out of your MTP-AV to your 888/24 onto your ADAT bridge.
