I am in the same situation - purchased HD from CPTK upgrade etc. Same symptoms in Application Manager. Contacted support in October last year. Still no resolution. The support case even timed out...

Application Manager not showing support plan

I purchased PT11HD upgrade from PT9/10 + CPTK in Nov2014 and received free PT12HD update in May2015 as part of offer. Also included Support plan through March2016.

Application manager lists nothing under Account...says I have not purchased anything in the Avid Store yet. But I confirmed with Sweetwater that my purchase last year includes support through March...

Looks like I found the solution....

Lowered the H/W Buffer to 256!!!!!!!!!

Now there are no dropouts.
Duh. Took long enough to find the answer. Thanks to all who replied.

Thanks for the replies...

I checked the polyphony setting and it is set to UNLIMITED. Also reduced the decay times...but it is still intermittently missing notes. Crazy. The song I'm working on...

Need some help asap...

Working with Strike in "sample" playback mode...i.e. writing my own midi to trigger Strike's sounds.
Problem is I'm getting dropouts during playback and it's never...
