How do you look at drivers on a imac? And how come the driver wasnt installed when I installed protools 10?

Protools 10 works. I've played the demo. After installing the virtual instruments I followed the guide to make a beat with expand 2. Every thing loaded fine but I get no sound

How come my Native Instrument Audio Kontrol 1 audio interface won't work with Pro tools? I keep getting a message that the interface needs to be above 24 bit. Then pro tools shuts down

I just upgraded from a previous version of protocols to version 10.2. Do I have to purchase an ilok to run protocols ten? I got a message saying it was missing when I tried to open protools10
