Also try updating the firmware. I had a similar issue with the outputs and the firmware update fixed it.

I had the same problem. I tried the permissions fix first, but didn't work. For me, I had to put the downloaded folder in a different location than in the manual.

New location is:

Just fixed this on a friend's system a few days ago. You said that you're running LE 7.3. Download the LE 7.3.1 cs6. This fixed it for him.

Running it on an LE system you get both Declicks and the Decrackle as Audiosuite. Works great, but wish I had the Broadband as an Audiosuite.
