Is the 192 connected to the core card and giving you this error? If so try connecting the 192 to the accel card, start pro tools and see if still get the same error message. If pro tools starts up...

I have installed multiple rigs like yours and I will agree it can be a bit picky but once you seat it right the screws should go in just fine.

honestly have never tried that.... but most of all these system i have used in the past have always worked by standard digi protocol start up which is scsci first, interface 1 , then interface 2 then...
